TUFF NERDZ SKATE RENTAL WAIVER

Release of Liability & Electronic Signature Form

I. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily renting skates and engaging in skating activities. I understand and accept that skating involves inherent risks including:

Falls, collisions, and accidents
Injury to bones, joints, muscles, and other parts of the body
Injury caused by other skaters, skate malfunction, or environmental conditions

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with skating and use of rented skates.

II. Release & Waiver of Liability

I release, waive, and hold harmless TUFF NERDZ LLC, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, injury, loss, or damage resulting from my participation.

III. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TUFF NERDZ LLC from claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising from my actions or negligence.

IV. Medical Fitness

I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would interfere with safe participation in skating activities.

V. Use of Equipment

I agree to inspect rental skates before use and report any visible damage or issues immediately.

VI. Photo & Video Release

I grant permission to TUFF NERDZ LLC to use photographs and/or videos of me for promotional purposes including social media, marketing materials, and website content.
